COVID-19 is impacting vital record processing agencies across the country, which may impact your current or future vital record order. This page will update as things develop and as more information is known to keep you informed as much as possible.
Update (5/11/20)
Online Vital Record Orders: Most orders are still delayed. While some jurisdictions have not sustained considerable downtime, others remain closed. If your order was estimated to be delivered at any point after March 9, 2020 you should expect a delay. Please understand that some jurisdictions have shuttered entirely, which means orders are not being completed and shipped. However, as soon as offices reopen, orders will resume in the order of which they were received.
Walk-In Services: Most walk-in centers remain closed to the public. Please know that most local branches only hold records of events that occurred in their jurisdiction. For more information regarding local branches’ record availability and hours, you will need to contact the specific branch that you intend to visit.
Customer Service: Our customer support will remain available but may be limited. Phone/Chat support will be limited and possibly unavailable. Our email support will remain available; however, please allow extra time for a response as we work with limited resources.
Please know that we understand how important vital record services are to each and every person. We are doing everything we can for you to gain access to these services, to best of our ability, given the extraordinary circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience here, but greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
