What information is needed to place an order?

For all requested vital records, you will need to supply information as it appears on the original vital record. In addition, you will need to provide an acceptable form of identification - a photocopy of your valid and current identification (Driver's License, State Identification Card, Passport and/or Military Identification Card) as well as a signed copy of your application, which is provided after checkout.

What if I don’t have a current driver’s license for identification?

That’s okay. Expired drivers’ licenses can still be used along with other supporting forms of identification to prove one’s identity. We also accept many other forms of identification such as: social security cards, passports, marriage certificates, health insurance cards, voter registration cards, vehicle registrations, employment id cards, permanent resident cards, visas, utility bills, traffic citations, W-2 forms, etc. when a valid driver’s license cannot be provided.

Can anyone request a birth certificate?

Only a qualified applicant can request a vital record. Qualified applicants include one’s self, a parent or a legal guardian/representative. Please email us for more information regarding this item.

How much do the birth certificates cost?

Fees vary depending on the vital record being requested, ordering method and type of delivery chosen at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my vital record?

All expected processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Expedited Express orders are typically processed within 2-4 Business Days. Expedited Basic orders are typically processed within 4-8 Business Days. Standard orders are typically processed within 10-20 Business days.
