When To Expect An Order
All orders are currently delayed due to a major systems outage at the records processing center. We expect this to be resolved shortly and will update this message as more information is known.
Most orders are delivered within the timeframe discussed below, however, there are many factors that may delay processing. Because of this, processing times are not guaranteed. The times outlined on this page are strictly to serve as guidelines for general orders under normal circumstances.
Expedited Express orders are processed in 2-5 business days* from the completion date.** Shipping is via FedEx Express Overnight. You will receive tracking information once your order is prepared for shipment.
Expedited Basic orders are normally processed in 5-10 business days* from the completion date.** Shipping is via FedEx Ground. You will receive tracking information once your order is prepared for shipment.
Standard orders are normally processed in 30-60 business days* from the completion date.** Shipping is via FedEx Express, or LSO for Texas residents.
*Business days are Monday-Friday except all major holidays.
** Our staff performs a thorough review of all the information sent to us before an application is submitted for processing. After this review is complete, and all the information we may request is deemed accurate, processing times outlined above begin. A typical review will take 2 business hours (9am-5pm CDT) or less. Please respond promptly to our requests for information to ensure the fastest possible service.
